Editorial policy
Dynamic Sports Compass aims to make sport clearer without overstating what an explanation can establish. We value accurate, independent work, plain language and visible corrections.
Accuracy and context
We check factual claims against relevant source material and explain rules or formats in context. When a point is uncertain, disputed or dependent on a particular competition, we say so rather than presenting one version as universal. We do not invent examples as evidence or imply that a general explanation replaces an official rulebook.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for reader interest and clarity. A commercial relationship does not determine our conclusions or entitle a partner to editorial approval. We aim to separate editorial coverage from material created for a partner.
Corrections
If you spot an error or a misleading passage, contact us through the Contact page and describe the issue. We review correction requests and update material when warranted, making significant changes clear to readers where appropriate.
Partners and illustrations
Sponsored or partner material is labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; where relevant, that use is identified, and illustrations are not presented as documentary evidence.
The score is only the beginning
We believe understanding a game makes watching more rewarding. We explain its moving parts without assuming you already know the jargon.
